Corrections Policy

Readers can report factual errors, unclear wording, misleading images or missing context in GMONY articles. A correction request is reviewed on its evidence and relevance.

How to report an issue

Email the address on our Contact page with the subject “Correction — [article title]”. Include:

  • The article URL and publication date, if available.
  • The exact sentence, number, headline or image you believe needs review.
  • An explanation of the issue and a proposed correction, if possible.
  • A reliable source, such as an exchange filing, company announcement, financial report or official document.

Please do not send passwords, identity numbers, bank details or other confidential information. Evidence can normally be supplied through a public source link.

Review process

We compare the reported issue with the article and relevant source material. We may seek clarification when a request is incomplete. A difference of opinion about an investment scenario is not automatically a factual error, but a misquoted source, wrong calculation, incorrect date or unsupported statement can require a correction.

Material factual corrections

When an error materially affects the meaning of a report, the corrected information should be made clear to readers. A correction note should describe what changed and, where appropriate, when it changed. We aim to preserve the distinction between an original publication date and a later correction or substantive update.

Minor edits and updates

Spelling, punctuation, formatting or link repairs may be made without a separate correction note when they do not alter the substance. New developments should be presented as updates rather than silently replacing the historical context of an older report. Changes to an image or headline should not imply that an old story is newly breaking news.

Translation issues

Automatic translations are supplied through an external service. Report a translation problem with the original article URL, the selected language and the phrase involved. Machine output may differ from the original and should not be relied upon to settle an important financial or legal interpretation.

Removal and rights concerns

For copyright, privacy or other rights concerns, identify the material, your connection to it and the remedy requested. We review removal requests in context. Publication does not guarantee that material will remain unchanged indefinitely, and submitting a request does not guarantee removal.

Responses

Requests are reviewed as resources allow. We do not promise a fixed response deadline or a particular outcome. Abusive, promotional or unsupported demands may receive no reply. Constructive evidence helps us assess the issue more effectively.
